At Merge Lighting, we want your home to shine perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all fixtures in their original condition and packaging. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly complement your space, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the fixture back in its original manufacturer box with all internal protective foam, hardware, and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
